The 6 burner continuous grate cooktop lets you cook a multitude of dishes all at once, including an powerful 21,000 BTU Tri-ring burner that is ideal for searing a delicious steak, or sauteing a great stir-fry. There is a non stick griddle included, great for making a lovely breakfast spread. The true European convection oven produces even heating to bake lofty loaves of bread. A meat probe is included to read internal meat temperatures to cook roasts to perfection, and the lower warming drawer will keep the dish at a ready to eat temperature without drying out the meat. The oven is also self-cleaning and the oven automatically locks during this process for home safety. Thanks to modern technology, all oven functions can be controlled via WiFi from your smartphone, so you can preheat the oven for dinner without entering the kitchen. This range is also Star-K Certified and has a Sabbath Mode.
